Control Panel
When customers turn to us for their email hosting needs, we take care of everything. Yet, there are still a few details that customers will want to manage themselves–such as adding and removing mailboxes and adjusting spam filtering settings. We have developed a web-based control panel, friendly enough even for users without any in-depth technical knowledge, that puts all of the necessary tools within reach.
From the control panel, customers can manage all of their Borget services—including Hosted Exchange and Borg Mail—from one centralized login. And customers who have purchased a combination of Hosted Exchange and Borg Mail for their users will benefit from being able to manage both services on a per-user basis.
Borget Mail Sync
Users of our Borget Mail product can now keep their calendar, contacts, and tasks synchronized across Microsoft Outlook, BlackBerry mobile devices, Windows Mobile devices, and Borget Mail Webmail–increasing productivity by eliminating the need to enter the same data into several locations.
Contacts, Company Directory, and Group Lists
Our contacts and company directory tools are a complete contact management solution for your business. And because they're integrated into Borget Mail Webmail, they're accessible from anywhere—whether you're in the office or on the road.
Borget Mail features a complete contact management solution.
Though individual users can create their own contact list, they can also have immediate access to up-to-date company contact information through the company directory. The company directory is available to all (or specific) users in the domain, and is managed by the email administrator. And because individual users can update their own company directory profile, it's easy to keep the company directory up-to-date with the latest phone numbers and other ever-changing contact information.
Mobile Access
Borget provides users with the ability to access their information anywhere, anytime using their mobile devices and Borget Mail.
Synchronization
Powerful synchronization tools aren't just for Microsoft Exchange users. Our Sync plug-in allows your users to keep calendars, contacts, and tasks synced across Borg Mail Webmail, Microsoft Outlook, and a Blackberry or Windows Mobile wireless device. Having on-demand, current access to this information from multiple locations, anytime and anywhere, greatly increases user productivity and efficacy.
